We track 14 internationally recognised human rights, so far, in three categories: Quality of Life, Safety from the State and Empowerment. Scores are updated annually. Measurements for more rights are coming.
5 Quality of Life rights
These scores measure how well a country is using its resources to make sure people’s economic and social rights are fulfilled. Our methodology takes into account a country’s income as well as information from international databases.

These physical integrity rights are measured using an expert survey methodology.
